SpringRole is a Decentralized Network Protocol for a trust-based professional network which is powered by blockchain.
In SpringRole platform people can view, share and get attestations on their professional profile, thereby creating a verified resume that they can share and use.
How SpringRole Works?
SpringRole is trying to promote trust among candidates and companies. Sanctioners are the users who validate the veracity of various claims. Sanctioners can be people, companies, universities or course providers. Each can be verify the claims which is given by candidates. A DNS verification needed as you may have guessed, and this verification will be done by the company.
Plus, individuals can earn token rewards during these processes.
SpringRole wants to become the first check point when a company wants to hire someone. Which will be very effective for the job seekers. To use the platform, a job seeker simply creates a certified CV and places it on the blockchain to be accessed by and used by other members on the platform.
The user creates a profile that details the individual’s academic qualifications such as diplomas, professional experience, and proven skills. Users who are referred by other platform users will be able to apply for openings presented to them by the advanced algorithm that matches skills, professionals, and qualifications with available job openings.
Educational qualifications and work experience details are verified by the educational institutions and the companies the user attended and worked for respectively. After the one-time details verification, the user’s details are added on the SpringRole blockchain and can be accessed or used at any time.
Using blockchain will provide the security and being glass based opensource data hiding.
Signing-up is easy as an individual. You can use this link. During the sign up there are two levels of user verification. Level1 explores the platform and gives limited actions to the users to perform. In Level2 profile is completed and identity is verified.
In the Organization, signup verification is done with the identity provider, the signup is verified by the owner, sanctioners authority is assigned by the personal use is on behalf of the company.
